Developed by the Tea and Beverage Research Station from a cross between the Keemun variety and Indian large-leaf Kyang tea trees, TTES No.21 “Honyun” was officially named in 2008. This premium Taiwanese black tea is renowned for its bright golden-red liquor, delicate floral notes, and layers of pomelo blossom honey and ripe fruit aroma. Smooth and well-rounded on the palate, it leaves a lingering sweet aftertaste. Produced under the supervision of the Yuchi Farmers' Association, this tea showcases the unique character of Sun Moon Lake’s renowned black teas.
