The 2007 Nan Jiao No.1 Bulang Ecological Raw Pu-erh Tea Cake is crafted from over 100-year-old wild ancient tea trees from Bulang Mountain. Harvested in early spring following the “one bud, two leaves” standard, it is expertly blended by Baishuiqing using top-grade to fourth-grade tea leaves and traditionally stone-pressed into cakes. This tea won the “Treasure Collection Award” at the 2007 Yunnan Spring Pu-erh Tea Expo and is permanently collected by the Yunnan Provincial Museum. The aroma reveals layers of aged honey, wood, and camphor, with a lasting cup fragrance. The taste begins with slight bitterness that quickly transforms into a thick, mellow sweetness. The liquor is rich and full-bodied, with strong and enduring returning sweetness and salivation. The tea soup is bright orange-yellow with an oily sheen, showing excellent aging potential.
