"Eimin" is a Japanese surname. The Yingmin family is engaged in tea business. Yingmin Pu'er tea is a batch of Pu'er tea customized in Yunnan,China. This tea is pressed from tea leaves grown on large trees and pressed with iron molds. Due to the compaction,the cake shape can be kept in its original shape. This 1970s Yingmin tea has been aged for decades and the soup is bright and clear like a ruby red.
