The Taiwan High Mountain Tea Competition organized by the Renai Township Farmers Association is based on whether the tea can withstand brewing,be non-bitter and have a sweet aftertaste.Whether or not the unique "mellowness,sweetness,and fragrance" of high mountain tea can be demonst ed is an evaluation item. The competition will be more stringent every year,so the winning or participating teas in the High Mountain Tea King Competition are all authentic Taiwanese high mountain teas,allowing consumers to buy and drink with confidence.
