Crafted in 2005 by Jianmin Tea Factory, this Yunnan Raw Pu-Erh Tea Cake—also known as Qizi Bing Cha or “Seven Sons Cake Tea”—is a timeless example of traditional Pu-Erh craftsmanship. Made from carefully selected, sun-dried large-leaf tea from Yunnan, the leaves have undergone moderate natural fermentation and been pressed using high-temperature steam compression. The result is a well-balanced raw Pu-Erh with excellent aging potential and a flavor profile that continues to evolve over time.
