雲南「七子餅茶」亦稱圓茶，選用雲南大葉種精制晒青毛茶為原料，經傳統工藝制作而成。湯色橙黃鮮亮，香氣純高，滋味醇厚，具有回甘之特點。 【外觀】茶餅中茶葉以青綠,墨綠色為主,有部分轉為黃紅色，白色為芽頭，製做工藝！鮮葉採摘後經殺青→揉捻→曬乾，即生散茶,或叫曬青毛茶。把曬青毛茶又高溫蒸，放入固定模具定型，又曬乾後成為緊壓茶品，也就成了生餅，口感強烈,茶氣足,茶湯清香，苦而帶澀。[Introduction] Yunnan "Qizi Cake Tea",also known as round tea,is made from refined sun-dried green tea from Yunnan big-leaf species through traditional techniques.The soup is orange-yellow and bright,with a pure and high aroma and a mellow taste,which has the characteristics of sweet aftertaste. [Appearance] The tea leaves in the tea cake are mainly green and dark green,some of them turn yellow-red,and the white is the bud head.The production process! After the fresh leaves are picked,they are greened→kneaded→dried in the sun,that is,raw loose tea,or sun-dried green hair tea.Steam the sun-dried green mao tea at high tempe ure,put it into a fixed to shape it,and then dry it to become a pressed tea product,which also becomes a raw cake.The taste is strong,the tea is full of flavor,the tea soup is fragrant,bitter and astringent.
